Please check to make sure you have entered the numbers correctly: On the top box (My phone number) choose the country from which you are calling, simply type in your phone number making sure that the area code and phone number are separate from the prefix box. The bottom box (Connect to) is where you will be calling to: Choose the country to which you are calling to, type in the phone number following the same pattern as before. You enter the number you wish to all in international format followed by a # sign, and your call will be connected. There is no time limit on these calls.

SMS callback allows you to activate calls by sending an sms. Once you have inserted your mobile number in your account then this feature is active. Then you send an sms to the access number '+447786201088' with the number you want to call to in the body of the sms. For example if you want to be connected to the USA you simply send the number '1215939000' to the access number. Your phone will then ring to connect you.
