PokeTalk (www.poketalk.com) provides a variety of telecommunication services including but not limited to international and domestic telecom services. In order to use the Website's Services, a user (the "Viewer") must register via the Website www.poketalk.com, and agree to the Viewer's Terms of Use.

Collection of Information
PokeTalk collects information through the use of the Website and/or Services information about a Viewer's phone number, Internet Protocol (IP) address, and browser type (the "Collected Information").PokeTalk collects the Collected Information using the following means:
1) Registration information submitted by the Viewer.
2) Usage information: Viewer's phone number and dialed destination number, IP Address, browser type, and patters in interaction with different advertisers.
3) Through integration with third-party sites (such as social networks) where PokeTalk will be able to automatically acquire the Viewer's Collected Information.
Viewer may ask for deactivation of his/her account, however PokeTalk cannot remove collected information such as phone calls made, basic registration, or any details relating to this information.

Use of Information
Poketalk through its service website (www.poketalk.com) may use the Collected Information in order to: (i) provide certain services; (ii) provide customer support; (iii) provide targeted marketing material and promotional offers based on Viewers preferences (iv) improve the quality and design of the PokeTalk Website (www.poketalk.com) and to create new features, promotions, functionality, and services by storing, tracking, analyzing, and processing Viewer preferences and trends, as well as Viewer activity and communications.

Sharing of Information
PokeTalk will not share the information collected at its service website Poketalk.com from the Viewer with any other parties, except (a) with Viewer consent, (b) as may be required by law or by a court order.

PokeTalk believes that Spyware is a threat to your privacy and your experience online. Spyware refers to any executable software application that is installed on a user's personal computer and covertly gathers and transmits identifiable information through the user's Internet connection without the knowledge or consent of the user.
